There are a number of factors that set the Anne Marie Kerezsi Real Estate Team apart from other realtors across greater Philadelphia, Delaware, and Chester County. Perhaps it’s the nearly 70 years’ worth of licensing among them. Or maybe it’s the warm, loyal sense of family (literally and figuratively) they bring to each transaction. It could be the fact that clients get five Kerezsis – all with distinct areas of real estate knowledge and years of local market experience – for the price of one. Whatever the reason, there’s no disputing this family-owned-and-operated real estate team takes a personal approach to make the dream of homeownership a reality for everyone.
Founded by Anne Marie Kerezsi, the team has grown exponentially over the years to include daughters Megan, Caitlin, Jamie, and Anna.

Anne Marie has been affiliated with Keller Williams Realty since 2005. Daughter Megan was the first to join her while in college. That’s when Anne Marie realized she could transform her vision for helping home buyers and sellers by broadening her team with like-minded professionals who would give clients the same exclusive attention she did – who would treat them like family. Jamie, Anna and Caitlin soon followed, and as the staff grew, Anne Marie elevated her role to mentor and team lead. Her goal now is to not only support her daughters’ blossoming career paths, but to also educate them and other agents on navigating an ever-changing industry for their clients. Anne Marie has a Certified Residential Specialist designation, putting her in the top 4% of realtors across the United States. In addition, she is a designated Senior Real Estate Specialist and New Home Specialist. She also led her real estate office to number one in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, where they’ve remained since 2016.
Of all her accomplishments, Anne Marie is most proud of her family and cherishes every moment with her five daughters and six grandchildren. When she’s not in the office or at home in Media, Pennsylvania, you can find Anne Marie soaking up the sun at the Jersey Shore.
Megan lives in Media, Pennsylvania, and is licensed in both Pennsylvania and Delaware. When she’s not with clients, she enjoys visiting our U.S. National Parks. She’s been to nine so far and hopes to someday experience all 61 with her family.
Jamie, originally hailing from Media, PA, (Riddle Hospital) is the second of five daughters born to parents who welcomed this quintet in just seven years. Her journey began at St. Francis de Sales in Aston, PA, where she attended grade school before moving on to Cardinal O’Hara High School in Springfield, PA. Growing up in Glen Mills, PA, Jamie’s adventurous spirit led her to New York City shortly after high school graduation in 2003, where she embarked on her acting dreams. Over the course of a decade in the city that never sleeps, she honed her skills and worked in various facets of the entertainment industry & the hospitality industry.
In 2012, Jamie took her passion and expertise to Los Angeles, where she spent three transformative years and was named LA Times “Pick of the Week” for her world premiere in Jon Polito’s “86’d”: A testament to her talent in the world of acting. However, the pull of her roots and her sisters having babies brought her back to Delco after her 30th birthday, where she joined her mom and sisters in the real estate world. The Kerezsi Real Estate Team and #KeepingUpWithTheKerezsis had begun and Jamie hit the ground running.
Today, Jamie is a trusted and respected local expert and real estate investor, known for her exceptional service. She prides herself on helping others achieve financial freedom through real estate. Every neighborhood is unique, just as every client is, and Jamie believes in making everyone feel important, appreciated, educated, and supported during their significant financial decisions.
Jamie’s awards and recognitions are an accolade that reflects her excellence in the real estate industry and an acknowledgment of her outstanding contributions to the community and her dedication to her profession.
Jamie is a true advocate for growth and personal development. Her love for travel and exploration enriches her life, and her success is a testament to living life by her own design. She is locally known yet globally connected, making her a beacon in the world of real estate. Jamie prides herself on being a “Super Aunt” who has a life worth living and a legacy worth leaving.
Real estate brings about so many personal connections, and that’s one reason Caitlin loves what she does. She specializes in assisting first-time homebuyers who aren’t sure where to start, relishing in the excitement that comes with walking them step-by-step through the process of becoming a homeowner. The youngest Kerezsi on the team went to school for nursing before transitioning into real estate. Her dedication to serving others has not only influenced the caring, thoughtful way she does business – it also shows in the causes she supports, such as CityTeam Ministries, the non-profit Veterans of Foreign Wars and addiction recovery services.
Caitlin grew up in Delaware County and currently still lives there with her husband and daughter.
With a background in hospitality, it’s no surprise that customer service comes naturally to Anna. She loves working with her family and supporting all of the licensed realtors on her team. So much so that she even decided to pursue getting her real estate license herself!
In the meantime Anna is The Kerezsi Team’s conveyancer. She is a major part of each and every transaction in ensuring that every deal makes it to settlement as smoothly as possible. She also evokes her creative side by partaking in a major amount of marketing and advertising campaigns for the team.
A native of Delaware County, Pennsylvania, Anna spent a few years on the West Coast and fully understands that every home, block and person is unique. She loves traveling and proudly rocks Philly sports teams wherever she goes (Fly Eagles Fly!). Anna lives in South Philly with her husband and enjoys giving back to her community in her free time!
