A lot has changed since Anne Marie Kerezsi made her real estate debut in 1994. And even though she doesn’t actively sell anymore, she remains devoted to providing quality customer service to clients by leaving them in the expert hands of her trusted team. Guiding someone on making one of the biggest decisions of their lives is what continues to motivate the entire Anne Marie Kerezsi Real Estate Team. After raising five daughters as a stay-at-home mom (four of whom would eventually follow in her footsteps), Anne Marie was ready for a change. A friend suggested real estate, and the rest, as they say, is history.

Anne Marie has been affiliated with Keller Williams Realty since 2005. Daughter Megan was the first to join her while in college. That’s when Anne Marie realized she could transform her vision for helping home buyers and sellers by broadening her team with like-minded professionals who would give clients the same exclusive attention she did – who would treat them like family. Jamie, Anna and Caitlin soon followed, and as the staff grew, Anne Marie elevated her role to mentor and team lead. Her goal now is to not only support her daughters’ blossoming career paths, but to also educate them and other agents on navigating an ever-changing industry for their clients. Anne Marie has a Certified Residential Specialist designation, putting her in the top 4% of realtors across the United States. In addition, she is a designated Senior Real Estate Specialist and New Home Specialist. She also led her real estate office to number one in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, where they’ve remained since 2016.

Of all her accomplishments, Anne Marie is most proud of her family and cherishes every moment with her five daughters and six grandchildren. When she’s not in the office or at home in Media, Pennsylvania, you can find Anne Marie soaking up the sun at the Jersey Shore.

Megan Kerezsi is a seasoned realtor who believes in treating every client like they are her only client. Since getting licensed at the age of 18, Megan has secured a wealth of experience in marketing, customer service, information technology and local real estate trends – but it’s negotiation where she truly shines. Her first thought after waking up in the morning (besides her loving husband and three beautiful children, of course) is getting the best deal possible for her clients. Megan prides herself on working through complex situations to make buying and selling a win for everyone, whether for a $100,000 or a $1,000,000 home. Her passion for real estate began almost two decades ago, when she first partnered with her mother Anne Marie during her undergraduate years at Saint Joseph’s University in Lower Merion, Pennsylvania. Since then, she has thoroughly enjoyed building their family business together, engaging with clients from all walks of life and mentoring fellow agents as a productivity coach.

Megan lives in Media, Pennsylvania, and is licensed in both Pennsylvania and Delaware. When she’s not with clients, she enjoys visiting our U.S. National Parks. She’s been to nine so far and hopes to someday experience all 61 with her family.

Of all the transactions she’s facilitated since 2015, Caitlin cherishes the memory of helping a childhood friend purchase a home. His closing gift to her? A photograph of the two of them sitting at their desks in grade school. Caitlin loves the relationships that are created with her clients and it is one of her favorite parts of being a realtor.

Real estate brings about so many personal connections, and that’s one reason Caitlin loves what she does. She specializes in assisting first-time homebuyers who aren’t sure where to start, relishing in the excitement that comes with walking them step-by-step through the process of becoming a homeowner. The youngest Kerezsi on the team went to school for nursing before transitioning into real estate. Her dedication to serving others has not only influenced the caring, thoughtful way she does business – it also shows in the causes she supports, such as CityTeam Ministries, the non-profit Veterans of Foreign Wars and addiction recovery services.

Caitlin grew up in Delaware County and currently still lives there with her husband and daughter.
