How accurate are Zillow “Zestimates?”

We’ve all checked Zillow to look at our house’s “zestimate” but in reality they may be widely inaccurate. Sometimes it may be close to a good sales price, but the algorithm does not factor in specific comps, acquiring data from large areas leading to misleading home prices. So if you see something on Zillow, please make sure to verify it with us. The most accurate information will always come from the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), which we are members of.

How long will it take to sell my house?

The average time to sell a house will vary depending on where you live. If you live in a neighborhood that’s in high demand, your home will likely sell very quickly.
